Andreas Poulloura is the best letting agent I've ever had
Helping me view the flat on incredibly short notice (less than 24 hours) presenting my options to me, rather than turning me away and moving on to the next customer and generally just being a laugh.
From start ot finish he was responsive, kept me in the loop, broke down in detail each of the sections of securing my tenancy.
Even now once I've moved into the flat he responds to my emails and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is known and any problems are solved.

We are very satisfied with the Martin & Co service. Andreas Poulloura was very helpful from the very beggining. He helped us secure the property that we liked and wanted to rent. Andreas gave good advice and was 'on the ball', keeping in regular contact and letting me know how things were progressing. Very professional and always moving the process forward.

Martin & Co Stratford are great agents! We had a great experience with Martin and co to find our rental property. We needed to move into a property asap as we were moving to London and they made it easy as possible. Andreas was the agent we worked with the most and we can say that he is one of the best in London. He was professional, informative and communicated with us throughout the whole process. He was super friendly and answered all our questions even if it was out of working hours. We would not hesitate to contact him again to find us another property and we can't thank him enough!

Fantastic experience renting through Martin and Co, especially with Andreas who was the contact for the property. I've had interactions with a number of different agencies in the past and this was by far the most efficient and stress-free one. Andreas was completely professional but also friendly and attentive at the same time. I felt like he genuinely cared about our move-in experience all the way from the initial viewing to the call after we were settled to see if everything was okay. I can't think of a single thing to fault at all through the entire process. Would highly recommend Martin and Co to anyone lucky enough to rent a properly managed by them.

My Agent, Andreas Poulloura, was extremely helpful throughout always providing quick and helpful responses to any of my questions and getting the whole process done efficiently. I am now very excited at the prospect of moving in and having Martin & Co, as well as Andreas, as my agent.
