We are a young couple looking for a first time buy, in a very good position of being cash buyers.
Satchells Stotfold completely disregarded our views and opinions on a property we were willing to put and offer in.
We feel it was because we were young buyers and they were only interested in a quick sale not getting the best price which they confirmed was ours.

I registered with Satchells for a property in Baldock or Stotfold up to £210,000. I noticed one opposite my parents as I saw a board up and at no time was I called or emailed to make me aware of the property despite being registered with them. I registered with Satchells for a property in Baldock or Stotfold up to £210,000. I noticed one opposite my parents as I saw a board up and at no time was I called or emailed to make me aware of the property despite being registered with them.
They didn't open on Sundays so was put through to Biggleswade who said they would pass on my dissatisfaction of their service and I wanted to know why I had not been phoned/emailed about this property before a board going up or indeed being seen on Rightmove. 3 days on and still no call! Appalling service!
