I have never had such a good experience with estate agent,s as we have had with Satchells in Hitchin. Firstly, we had great advice on the selling price and advertising for our property by Richard. We were kept informed throughout by Chris, who took great care to assist whenever possible with the house sale and purchase. I felt that Satchells were an integral part of the process and that it would have taken far longer to complete without the help from Chris, especially during the difficulties of covid and the rush caused by the relief of stamp duty.

We found the process of selling our house with Satchells very straight forward from beginning to end. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and were helpful at all stages. We had a point of contact throughout the process which proved invaluable for continuity. Satchells helped us sell our house promptly for a good price which enabled us to secure the house we loved. We would definitely recommend to friends - in fact we already have.
