Very please to have found a very professional agent, Danny K, who understood straight away what myself & family we were looking for and in a very short time he found the perfect property in the Isle of dog. He was able to arrange everything around my crazy work schedule and stipulate a contract in a very reasonable time. The property needed some work to be done and it exceeds my expectations . I will definitely recommend the agency and Danny!

Very good service - particularly George. Overall experience positive - onboarding was very good (Lee) - strong knowledge of local area and pragmatic over valuation and fees. Also was excellent at driving things forward and chasing both sides - which is a real 'value-add' in a digital environment when it is sometimes hard to see the value of local estate agents. Always contactable, and did what he committed to do (don't take that for granted). Like all firms, a few areas for improvement (particularly around viewings/feedback) but management were receptive and appreciative of feedback.

George has helped us with our house sale from the very start all the way through to comletion. At all times, George was very professional, highly responsive and always a pleasure to work with. We have met 2 other agents before meeting Franklyn James for comparison. We went with Frankly James not only because of its very competitive rates but to a large extend also because of our excellent personal impression of George who was able to explain all our questions very well. He believed in our property to achieve a certain price range that we were happy with and he saw the potential of the property at a tricky stage of the market where the other agents were more causious. His instinct for the market was spot on as it soon started to take off, just as he has anticipated.
