Laurent Residential has been my letting agent for countless years, currently managing two properties for me. They have done all that I expect of them: finding quality reliable tenants, negotiating sensibly on my behalf, managing tradesmen independently of me, providing regular monthly documentation and organised annual summaries. Staff has been generally long-serving and professional; there is always someone au fait with ongoing issues that might need progressing, so that I feel I am getting an extremely personal service and - importantly - it is provided with a smile.

Toby Leek at Laurent completely exceeded our expectations when he sold our house in Barnes. He worked harder than every other agency to understand our situation and what our expectations were in terms of timings and how we wanted to proceed, he established a strong sense of trust with us which eventually got him the sole listing. During the selling process he was brilliant, he paid attention to all the little details that can win a buyer over, such as learning the history of the house and using our anecdotal stories to engage the interest of potential buyers. Not only did he sell the house swiftly at the price we wanted, but he also steered us through the entire sales process with wise advice and a sense of experienced calm we thoroughly appreciated. We have continued to recommend him to all our friends who are thinking of selling, as although there are more well know agencies in Barnes, none could have matched Toby's wise professionalism and reassuring style.
