It wasn't an entirely straightforward transaction as we were buying part of a title, with an option on another part also owned by the seller (and let through Northwood). Everyone at Northwood was the epitome of helpfulness - nothing was too much trouble and Shaun visited the property multiple times to confirm measurements etc. when we were a little nervous. Communication was exemplary -
