This is my first time coming across Madley and I am extremely satisfied and impressed with their professionalism. Agents Carmen and Natalie are friendly and easy to work with. They are very understanding of my needs, especially under the difficult time of Covid-19. The rental process went smoothly as Carmen took me to viewing on a Saturday, soon after connecting, while other agencies had not even replied. They worked hard and efficiently to secure the best deal for me. Carmen has been very responsible and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a place!

We purchased a property through Madley and Lloyd was one of the main reasons our purchase was successful. He was very communicative from the start and able to solve all the issues we encountered mid purchase. We are grateful we found him. We had previously dealt with another agency which was not as honest as Lloyd and it made a huge difference. He answered all our questions and doubts and was able to chase all the different parties to ensure the purchase happened on time (which was earlier than expected) .
