Look no further than Lee at Davis Tate if you want to sell a house in Woodley. I have never known an estate agent so driven to get a chain completed, all while being approachable, professional, friendly, knowledgable and contactable. This is the benchmark that other agencies should be aiming at. Highly recommended!

We cannot recommend Lee at Davis Tate highly enough. We were torn between Lee at Davis Tate and another popular Woodley based estate agent, but when the other estate agent didn't answer their phone or return our calls our decision was made for us to go with Davis Tate and we are so pleased we did. With a smaller portfolio than some estate agents, Lee was able to give us full attention and put 100% effort into selling our property. Lee set up a WhatsApp group, was always available day or night and was spot on at chasing things up and keeping everything moving. We had full confidence the whole way through. We cannot speak highly enough about Lee. The sale of our property went beautifully, Lee found us the most wonderful and patient buyers and this would turn out to be more important that we could fathom. Our chain became long and complicated above us, without the constant chasing and investigation by Lee I doubt we'd have ever exchanged. He saw warning signs very early on and was able to prepare us. 6 months later and more emails and Lee finally got us over the line after what must have been hundreds of emails and calls to solicitors and agents alike. If you're looking for an agent who values the sake as much as you do, look no further!

We felt throughout the process he was in control and knew what to do and who to speak to in order to progress things.
We didn’t sell our house through Lee but we wish we had and will definitely use him in the future if needed and recommend to anyone looking to sell.

Working with Lee was a pleasure from start to finish - which in our case was longer than expected! (Through no fault of Lee’s I hasten to add!) A friendly Agent with exceptional customer service!!!
We have bought a home in Woodley through Davis Tate in March 2021. It had a long chain of 5 houses but Lee has been wonderful and helped us manage the whole process without any stress.
To start with, his recommendations of solicitors and surveyors were great. He is always available for any advice or support(replies instantly)!
He's been very transparent during the whole process and the way he follows up/chases things is exceptional.
We bought our dream home through Davis Tate and it's been an absolute pleasure to deal with Lee. He always kept us up to date with things further up the chain and we never had to chase/wait for anything. On the completion date, the only small disappointment was that we were at the end of the journey and would have to stop speaking with Lee who has become a friend in the process. If you are buying/selling a home and would like to avoid the stress, I would highly recommend working with Lee. We have been looked after.
I am sure we wouldn't have got the home in such a short time, especially with a long chain, if it was not for Lee's tenacity. We did have some complications during the process but Lee helped us during our every step.
If we were to sell/buy a house again, I would just ring Lee straight away.

Lee was easily the best estate agent we've ever had dealings with. He knew the local market well, and gave excellent advice on how to price our property. He was quick to respond to messages. I met him when he did 2 non-sale valuations for me, said he would lend me a book and it was with me the next day – he did what he said he was going to do with nothing to gain and I felt it told me something about him. Didn’t talk to him for another 18 months when we decided to sell our parent’s house. There was no “shoe-in” we evaluated Lee on the same basis as we did the other 4 agents and he got our business because I felt I could work with him during what was going to be a difficult time;

• He is quite calm and measured,
• He didn’t over-value the house initially to gain our business and was honest about what he thought it would achieve and actually achieved more in the end rather than dropping the price to sell,
• His estimates on completion dates were correct,
• He has an excellent network within the industry,
• And experience enough to advise on a focussed and considered sales approach from his kit bag, rather than trying something to see if it worked
Interestingly all the other agents tried to introduce the idea of Lee being independent & working alone as a weakness, suggesting we may not get an adequate level of attention. Conversely, Lee made us feel like we were his only customers, we always dealt directly with him and he seemed to be available to respond to queries at any time from early morning to late evening, 7 days a week and was pro-active in his communications and “check-in” calls.
We’ve just been through a 6-month process together and I feel that I have got the measure of him and my instinct in the beginning was correct – he has been doing this a long time, he has learnt his craft, understands people buyers and sellers and has a good network. He steered us through some very difficult and emotional decisions with kindness, good humour and professionalism. There were some particularly difficult decisions and conversations during the sale process and Lee managed those for us, he earnt every penny of his fee and I am really glad we chose him because he stood alongside us all the way and I honestly don’t think we could have received better attention from anyone else.

Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry all the way through to completion. Our initial meeting was productive and Lee was very understanding of our requirements and gave us honest guidance based on his local knowledge and experience.
He made my wife and I feel very relaxed and at ease in our dealings with him. He was always willing to give us advice but actioned whatever our decision was at the end. He managed all viewings in a covid secure way and once we’d accepted an offer, managed the process through to completion by liaising up the chain to make sure everything was progressing.
We’d highly recommend Lee to anyone and would definitely use again. His responsiveness is fantastic and he replies to messages or emails late into the evenings or over weekends. Thank you for managing the sale of our home.

Fantastic service throughout! We could not recommend Lee highly enough. Moving house is no doubt stressful and not always straight forward and if you do hit a bump the road having a proactive agent in your corner is worth it’s weight in gold. Fantastic service throughout!
We could not recommend Lee highly enough. Moving house is no doubt stressful and not always straight forward and if you do hit a bump the road having a proactive agent in your corner is worth it’s weight in gold. Lee went above and beyond to see our sale cross the line, without him being involved I think we would still be tearing our hair out.
