Shocking footage shows the moment a pair of tactless estate agents are caught discussing how 'disgusting' a bungalow they are trying to sell is. The unnamed agents were filmed making the 'unprofessional' comments whilst hosting an open house viewing for the £300,000 three-bed property in Ramsgate, Kent, on Saturday. A home security camera, installed in the children's bedroom of the house, caught the pair criticising the family's living arrangements and questioning how many people slept in the same room. The agents, who work for Wards estate agent in Ramsgate, then suggest that the property should be knocked down because it is in such a bad state. In footage recorded in one of the bedrooms during an open house viewing, the estate agents can be seen trying to work out where everyone sleeps in the bungalow In the clip the male agent points at family's cat food bowl in the bedroom and says: 'The cat food is there, how disgusting is that?' The pair are then heard talking outside the room with the male agent commenting that the floors need a 'mop.' The woman jokes in response that the flooring needs to be pulled up instead. The unnamed agents were filmed making the 'unprofessional' comments whilst hosting an open house viewing for the £300,000 three-bed property in Ramsgate, Kent, on Saturday.
A home security camera, installed in the children's bedroom of the house, caught the pair criticising the family's living arrangements and questioning how many people slept in the same room.
The agents, who work for Wards estate agent in Ramsgate, then suggest that the property should be knocked down because it is in such a bad state.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Kept in regular contact re how the house was marketing and the publics opinions on the property feedback basically and make me feel that they were actually doing something to sell my house

Quite simply the worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. Unprofessional and aggressive sales team. I was looking to buy a property, had a clear idea of what I wanted and my budget. I went quite far down the road with the purchase of a property but had to pull out because Ward & Partners messed me around so much. Avoid this branch at all costs if you are looking to buy in Ramsgate and visit another estate agents- I can recommend Miles & Barr and Cooke & Co.

Rachel has been great. We had initially offered on a property where the sellers did not know whether they would find the ideal property for them still after 7 months. Rachel was great in trying to find a solution to suit all but we took the decision to start searching again due to the circumstances. This lead us to our current purchase where Rachel has been on the end of an email for my each and every question and request for updates. Rachel has got to know me as a person over this time and has been brilliant with knowing what I expect and meeting those expectations. She has been extremely approachable and updated us often before our solicitor has even done so.
Ladies, I thank you both for your hard work and I'm very much looking forward to meeting you both briefly on completion day to collect the keys and say thank you in person.

Good communications throughout. However let down at the end by poor administration. I still haven't received paperwork reference inventory and handover of property. I felt that the services that were provided were outstanding. There was nothing that was 'hidden', which is an experiance that I have had before with other estate agents. The process was very quick but yet top quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly in regards to questions and any other queries that I had. I have been in the property a month or so now and have just recently asked for advice in regards to a maintance problem. The guys were very helpful and within two days the problem had been sorted. Excellent professional service. Well done.

Having worked with wards of ramsgate for a while. With good results, I met David Votta in the course, of both renting ourselves, and letting a rental. He turned out to be both knowledgeable, and extremely helpfu. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he is extremely easy to deal with.
I cannot praise his knowledge, and his professionismn enough. He came to view the rental, became very enthusiastic, and he and Chris had the tenants flowing through faster than we could keep up with.
Since letting it, he has helped me out on innumerable occasions. He always has the information, and laws at his fingertips. Every time I request something, I think, this will be the final straw for him, but it never is.
Well done David, and thank you. Well done Wards for employing someone so keen. I wish I had more business to give him.

Viewings were arranged to be at convenient times for ourselves and had 3 separate viewings (including 1 after we had agreed to rent the property). From the outset to final exchange of keys we had excellent service from Ward and Partners. Viewings were arranged to be at convenient times for ourselves and had 3 separate viewings (including 1 after we had agreed to rent the property). All our questions were answered in a happy manner and the paper work was completed in a hassle free and quick manner. I found the referencing company a little lacking, but this is not the responsibility of the letting agent. The referencing company did not inform my brother that they were struggling with his work reference, which required us to chase it up even though we had paid for the service.

There was lots to do and being able to use the agents local knowledge and support was a great advantage. Also just having someone to bounce ideas off was a big help. Not being a local and living some distance away from the area I was able to rely on my agent to hold and release keys to contractors and even on a few occasions the agent kindly offered to attend the property for me including once when one of my contractors forgot to turn off the electricity after they left. I mostly contacted my agent via email and was always impressed with the speed of the responses. Even to the point of getting emails answered late at night the same day when a reply the next day would have been most adequate. I even once had a reply on a day off !, Now thats dedication! So all In all I could not hope for a more comprehensive, friendly yet professional service and I look forward to our future dealings together.

Respond to viewing requests Respond to written complaint Respond to my preferences and not with what suits the agent to show me Don\'t waste my time on properties nowhere near my criteria Don\'t send duplicate marketing texts and emails that I asked not to be sent Don\'t send out of date details of houses no longer available Don\'t promise you will call back and not bother Adopt a more professional and customer service focused attitude
