Good service, though two niggles: 1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct. 2. Routine annual tests etc. also should be invoiced to me direct, I think this has been sorted out now. 3. Contractors and suppliers charge you extra in order to cover your 10% discount. This results in me paying you twice to do your job.

They help us navigate our own solicitors despite us only being the buyer. And have gone the extra mile in helping to push everything through.
We have agreed that should we need to sell the house in the future we would be looking at Davis tate to sell through as they have really impressed us.

I would just recommend using a service like Credas to avoid the need for ID visits to the office and producing physical documents.

We also dealt with the Davis Tate office in Abingdon who were very helpful. We would be happy to deal with Davis Tate again in future, and would recommend them to other tenants.

We're really happy with our experience with Davis Tate so far. Matt was always available for any questions we had and it's all been a very hassle free process.
We're also particularly impressed with the property management service. We've had a couple of things pop up since we moved in and Alina has acted on them immediately, and even pushed to get things actioned by tradesmen as fast as possible, so we're very happy.

I have been dealing with the Didcot branch of Davis Tate and if I could I would rate them at 25 stars instead of 5 stars.
First we worked with the management team for our rental property for 3 years. Everything was well organized, efficient and everyone has always been very helpful.
After our tenants left we decided to sell the property and the experience of working with the sales team was fantastic. In addition to being quick, accurate and efficient they have also shown us that they think outside of the box and at some point really saved the transaction. Thanks to them sale was completed as planned instead of a 2 months of potential delay. I highly recommend this company.
