I requested to view a property which was marketed for sale. This agency had only published one external photo in their marketing of the property. On my initial call I was told they would try and book a viewing for the following day and I should await a call back. The next morning they called to say they weren't doing physical viewings, only web calls (rolls eyes). I asked if they could send a video instead so I could watch it more than once. I waited a few days and the video never arrived. When I chased the agency again, they said that they had halted the marketing due to offers being reviewed. It was like trying to turn the titanic dealing with this agency. They didn't keep me in the loop and gave me inaccurate information multiple times. They didn't accept any responsibility for their poor service and just kept pinning the blame on the current tenant who was currently living in the property. I wouldn't have this company market my property. Only one external photo and not allowing physical viewings. That is just shoddy. Really poor and unprofessional service in my experience.

Not a good experience. It was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
