I requested to view a property which was marketed for sale. This agency had only published one external photo in their marketing of the property. I requested to view a property which was marketed for sale. This agency had only published one external photo in their marketing of the property. On my initial call I was told they would try and book a viewing for the following day and I should await a call back. The next morning they called to say they weren't doing physical viewings, only web calls (rolls eyes). I asked if they could send a video instead so I could watch it more than once. I waited a few days and the video never arrived. When I chased the agency again, they said that they had halted the marketing due to offers being reviewed.

It was like trying to turn the titanic dealing with this agency. They didn't keep me in the loop and gave me inaccurate information multiple times. They didn't accept any responsibility for their poor service and just kept pinning the blame on the current tenant who was currently living in the property.
I wouldn't have this company market my property. Only one external photo and not allowing physical viewings. That is just shoddy. Really poor and unprofessional service in my experience.

Not a good experience. It was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing. Not a good experience. It was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing. On the day of the viewing, I got a call from Kaylee 20 minutes before the appointment telling me that she didn't have the keys to the property. I am not local, and I was already at the property when I received her voicemail. Kaylee seemed to just expect me to go home without viewing. Only when I explained that I had travelled 60 miles for the viewing and I thought this was unreasonable did she make any effort to resolve the issue. I had to wait outside the property for another half an hour before anyone turned up.
