Reeds Rains went way beyond what is expected of an Estate Agents when handling our house sale. Special thanks go to Liz and Andrea. After an offer was accepted on our house we had a flood and they managed the buyers expectations brilliantly and Andrea project managed builders, solicitors and the buyers for us. We do not live locally to the property so were delighted by their willingness to support us. They even found our wonderful builders. We cannot thank them enough for their care and resilience throughout. More than earned their fees.

Stay away from this agency as they are so unprofessional, dishonest and offensive (Elizabeth March and Andrea Snook). I had an accepted offer for a house and they instructed me to hire a solicitor and start the procedure. However, after 1 month, they have decided to accept a higher offer. They even did not bother to apologise for my £450 loss. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Shocking service poor communication skills I have used them to manage a property I have rented out for quite a while and literally they do nothing and get a monthly fee for doing bugger all !! First problem we had in the house was not handled well at all and they did not want to accept any responsibility for the shocking outcome absolutely shocked no apology nothing just obnoxiously rude and unhelpful I have cancelled my contract and will look elsewhere!

Viewed a property today with relatives up with REEDS RAINS DINNINGTON. The advert and images totally misrepresents the property and instead show the property probably years ago when it once looked decent. The agent we met asked we all remove our shoes and claimed new carpets had just been fitted which was a complete lie, they were ALL WELL USED and at all smelled like sweaty dogs, I've a good mind to send them a dry cleaning bill for my socks. The pictures of the kitchen look great on the site, but the reality was a dilapidated wreck. The living Room was coloured in purple and the bathroom in turquoise (both badly painted) but the pics showed neutral colours throughout in all rooms. And the living room and dining room floors are wooden in the images but had very smelly carpets when we viewed. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION! I called their office immediately afterwards to explain and kindly requested that they remove the images to avoid misleading others and further wasting people's time. She had to speak to her manager and called me back, the manager apparently said the advert will stay live and viewings will still be taken until she has time to look into it herself next week. No apologies for wasting our time and still more than happy to continue misleading people.
