Castles Estates in Edmonton were a real Godsent to us. We were looking for a new flat for my mother and had been struggling to find an agency who wouldn't discriminate blankly against benefits. They were very professional, thorough and understanding throughout the whole process. We've privately rented for 7 years yet this has been the best service we've experienced by a letting agency.
The whole process took just two weeks and now we are in our new home and enjoying it, thanks to Oliver and Portia!

I recently rented a flat with Castles using the Edmonton branch and my family have had a long connection using them as an agency. Right from the first meeting with Alex to discuss renting my property, the conduct was very professional and continued so throughout the process. I always received prompt replies and any issues were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend Castles if you are landlord/lady and special thanks to Alex for making the experience a very smooth and positive one. I appreciate his consistency and patience despite his busy schedule and many responsibilities. It was also helpful to have Castles Maintenance look into the need for repairs when issues came up and provide information about what was required and the cost involved. Thank you to the rest of the team at the Edmonton Branch who have also contributed and helped me rent out my property! They are dedicated friendly and efficient and I am very pleased with my decision to choose Castles. I found them helpful and professional and able to deal with any problems that arose. I will continue to work with Castles in the future and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing help with their property.

I did have an issue with another agent but when I spoke to Alex he resolved this and ensured me that I'll be dealing with directly. He's professional, friendly and gets the job done so that the client (myself in this case) is happy!

It took me constant chase to finally get a viewing due to their limited office location and lettings agent. After my viewing I gave an offer on 1 bed apartment near Seven sister station with asking pricing. I had to chase again Sertac the letting agent for an update. According to Sertac landlord went with another offer which was fine but after 2 days he sent me same property pictures recommending immediately viewing and when I emailed him asking for a clarification no response. I also called and Sertac refused to attend my call. Super unprofessional and I am not even sure if he even forwarded my offer to the landlord.
