The staff at the Kings Norton branch were extremely help especially during the first lockdown when the sale of my late fathers property was on the market. The staff at the Kings Norton branch were extremely help especially during the first lockdown when the sale of my late fathers property was on the market. When the estate agents were allowed back the new branch manager Dale got things moving most efficiently. He proceeded then to keep me fully informed throughout the whole process till the point of completion and exchange. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a no nonsense effective and considerate team to deal with their property.

Communication is abysmal and the attitude by Michael at this branch has been so poor I feel like I've been age discriminated because I'm only 22 buying a property on my own I feel like I've been miss sold a property I'm buying and I was told by several people to stay away and I didn't I wish I took their advise safe to say I will not be using ever agaim and wish to inform as many people as possible about this shambles of a branch. I would warn everyone off these agents not too use them

The fee would be fine if they actually sold my house or did anything in regards to the sale but they did not that's like saying if a builder gives you a quote and starts the building but only does less than a quarter of the building and does nothing else they should receive the amount of money they quoted. I have only seen that you do nothing but harass people for money without doing the job.

I put my house on the market with Dixon's they did not come back to me with feedback I had to chase them they did not do anything other than wanting to keep dropping the price of my house to sell it. I chose to take my house off the market for they was not doing much to sell it. Then one of the viewers approached me weeks after I had removed my house off the market and purchased my property 2 months after house removed off Dixon's website and they started harassing me for there fee even though they had nothing to do with the sale and the contract had been ended. I would never recommend these agents to anyone they are money grabbing scandals. They also accuse you of being untruthful even when you are able to prove what you said is correct. They lie and hound you. I hope they go bust but that won't happen because they take money from people that they have not earn t. Please do not use these it will be the biggest mistake you can make.
