I put my house on the market with Dixon's they did not come back to me with feedback I had to chase them they did not do anything other than wanting to keep dropping the price of my house to sell it. The fee would be fine if they actually sold my house or did anything in regards to the sale but they did not that's like saying if a builder gives you a quote and starts the building but only does less than a quarter of the building and does nothing else they should receive the amount of money they quoted. I have only seen that you do nothing but harass people for money without doing the job.
