Never contact me again
The fee would be fine if they actually sold my house or did anything in regards to the sale but they did not that's like saying if a builder gives you a quote and starts the building but only does less than a quarter of the building and does nothing else they should receive the amount of money they quoted. I have only seen that you do nothing but harass people for money without doing the job.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
