What agent could do to change your mind?
By not ripping off their customers or lying to them and by doing their jobs properly and being prompt and professional and organised which they are not at the moment. And they should care more about the maintenance of properties and the paperwork is complicated and time consuming.

We experienced problems from day one with your move we only proceeded to use them as we loved the property so much it's just very unfortunate that we had to let through them. I can fully relate to a lot of the negative comments on these reviews. They are extremely unorganised, they lie and give wrong information and are not willing to help. They have made everything so stressful and I have rented a lot of properties and I have never ever encountered so many problems. They don't care about fixing maintenance issues and leave you hanging for weeks. It may have something to do with the landlords but your move are representing them and something needs to be done. Moving into a new property should be a happy and exciting experience but your move ruined this for us. We were hoping to offer to buy our property next year but we will never ever rent or buy with your move be warned.
