Rented a 1 bed Bungalow in Callands, Warrington through Edwards Grounds. Nothing but problems and suggest avoiding these agents at all costs. The back door would not lock for months after we moved in with them saying the landlady would not authorise the repairs as they had repaired the lock in a previous tenancy (what that has to do with me is a mystery), so the property was not secure. The boiler played up soon into the tenancy also with no heating or hot water at all in December for weeks, the landlady was disgustingly rude and refused to pay for the repairs. We were forced to use electric heaters which were expensive to buy and cost us a fortune to run.  Both occasions the estate agents said it is up to the landlady to do the repairs and could not help, but we had to keep paying the rent or we would be taken to court. They also would not let us cancel the tenancy. We ended up moving out of the property in January and paid rent on the empty bungalow for 3 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
