Sold our first property with Raine and Co. The estate agent Gemma was so helpful and found us a buyer within a week of listing. Caroline the sales progresser went above and beyond communicating with a difficult buyer and their unorganised solicitors. We could not have been happier with how they dealt with the situation and kept us informed every step of the way. It made the process more bearable. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the customer service, communication and quality of management of our sale. Their recommeneded solicitors are also very good. Would definitely use Raine and co again. Thank you to Alex and the team.

As a first time buyer I was really apprehensive about the whole process, you always hear horror stories when it comes to buying a property, but in all honesty the staff at Raine and Co squashed all of that! In one word “Amazing”! If you are purchasing or selling I would definitely recommend them! The team are so professional, friendly and polite! They helped me through each step of the way and constantly kept me informed. I had the pleasure of working with Alex and Dimitrov. Alex was the sales agent and has great communication skills and helped me land the sale! He was polite, friendly and very well informed! Dimitrov was my Sales Progressor, and honestly I couldn't thank him enough! He did so much chasing and work, he kept me informed each step off the way and provided so much advice! Absolutely a stand-up guy! Couldn't be happier with the support, guidance and help I received from them!!!

Horrible experience with Gemma Matthews. Arranged to view a flat where on the day she was reluctant to answer anything properly or at least find out so instead we asked the owner on the day. Placed an offer for the flat since we liked the property itself and was waiting for an update. I called back several days later to be told several answers: she was not in the office so couldn't call me; the seller rejected the offer and i was informed; i was pre-rejected when i first made the offer and being told i was made aware of a minimum offer price. This was all news to me since all i needed to know was whether my offer was accepted or rejected so i could either offer more or find elsewhere. The accusatory tone from Gemma was definitely not welcome since she wanted to make certain it was my fault despite only needing to know a simple yes or no answer. Several hours later i receive a formal letter notifying me of the rejected offer from Director Michael Marsh who further suggests i need to provide proof of ID and address under Money Laundering Regulations 2017. The accusations and insults are beyond me. Shame the seller is only selling solely through this estate agent.

In-House Complaints Procedure
At Raine and Co we are committed to providing a professional service to all of our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help to improve our standards.
If you have a compliant regarding our Sales, Lettings and Management offices, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your compliant. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff you dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within fifteen working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
• If, at this stage, you are not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
• We will write to you within fifteen working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
