This is my second time trying to view a property through this letting agent and it is like trying to communicate with a brick wall.
The agents are children who should go back to school rather than coming to work to not do their job and socialize
a shoddy establishment
id advise landlords to stay away as they are most definitely not showing your property to those who enquire and you can be potentially losing your money
The so called letting agents are arrogant and rude for just letting agents!

Hi Tom
I have just had a difficult conversation with my sister, the guarantor.
She has sent the employers reference to your vetting agent but later received further requests for payslips and for her boss to send the letter from his email account. These last minutes requests were not mentioned in the original secure proforma. My sister has been asked to send these directly to one of UK TenacyData's employee via unsecured email.
My sister is a senior consultant in an A/E ward and given the situation there cannot approach her boss to carry out such tasks. She can no longer act as my guarantor and she requests that you and UK tenancy data delete all data in respect of her.
Yet again there is a clear distinction between what I am being told and what UK Tenancy data are telling you. Your email to me this morning stated outstanding matters were the letter and the proof of property ownership - it did mention payslips nor the direct email from the boss.
From our conversation today I was led to believe you do not think I need a guarantor as I started my job yesterday. I question the efficacy of your current vetting agent.

An absolute pleasure dealing with Raine and Co. Customer focused staff, prompt responses and professional throughout.
Tom Ebbrell went out of his way to help me buy a property and was supportive from start to finish. For a first time buyer, everything was new and confusing but with Tom's help and patience it all went as smoothly as it possibly could and I felt informed all the way through.
Steve Threadgold then handled the letting of my property and again made the whole process as smooth as possible. Everything was tied up in 2 weeks - from advertising to tenants moving in. I couldn't have asked for better service.
What can be a really stressful process was made easy and hassle free. Nothing was too much for them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again myself!
