Visited Northwood with an impossible task, trying to rent a property in very short notice. All members of staff were extremely helpful and located a property in no time at all.... task achieved. Renting process was carried out flawlessly and with haste. All queries were answered quickly. It was a pleasure to rent through Northwood, I would highly recommend the Southampton branch to anyone looking for a reliable service. Thank you to all the staff.

I have rented out my flat via the guaranteed rental scheme for nearly 20 years. The scheme is excellent for giving you that peace of mind and that everything is taken care of. All I can say is an absolute heartfelt thank you to Emma who has been taking care of and dealing with my insurance claim handling. She is an absolute credit to your company and has handled a really worrying situation for me with professionalism, caring and kindness. She is a star!

Myself and my brother recently rented out our first property with Northwood and have to say it was a pleasure dealing with them .
Amanda was fantastic through our the whole process, keeping us informed and answering any questions we had.
She updated us on the progress and viewings on a daily basis was a pleasure dealing with her. It took all the stress and worry out of the process completely for us .
Could not fault them or recommend highly enough.

Mandy from Northwood is such a professional agent and definitely an asset to her company, she always returned my calls, sorted out any issues and put my mind at ease every step of the way. I would DEFINITELY recommend Northwood Southampton. Also a mention to James who was helpful with the initial viewing video and various negotiating messages back and forth.

Would like to thank Mandy from Northwoods..
For various reasons not to do with Northwoods there was a lot of delay and uncertainty about a move to a particularly nice house that my wife and I had decided to let.
Fortunately Mandy from Northwoods became involved at that time and was able to help things move along because of her friendly and professional manner.
Eventually with her help moving things along the paperwork got done and the contract got signed. So far so good.
Mandy is a very approachable person.

Currently renting via Northwood but I won't be again after my tenancy runs out. A whole list of issues when we first moved in, which were listed on the inventory, that Northwoods completely ignored and took over a month to get resolved. The most recent issue is a broken radiator which again has taken a month for Northwood to do anything about as they "didn't want to bother the landlord" while I'm sat in my living room wearing a huge coat trying not to freeze. after all it is NOVEMBER. Overall very 'half arsed' attitude when you have problems but straight on the case when rent is due. DO NOT USE NORTHWOOD

Big thanks for the excellent relationship I had with the fantastic staff at Northwood. Not rented for 20+ years but the process was made easy and pleasant by the fantastic staff there. Any problems or repairs sorted straight away and common sense and flexibility. Really working with the tenant(me). Even at the end, quick resolution of deposit in a completely fair way( you hear horror stories about this sort of thing) Huge thanks to Mandy,Sam,Emma,Nicki and Kieran.
