I would highly recommend Ben and James at the Talbot Green branch following their help with renting out our property. Very efficient & professional service and they found suitable tenants quickly. Also good at keeping me updated throughout the process. Very happy!

Very poor customer service, sent viewers who had not even put their house up for sale (unknown to us), followed by statements such as, they are really interested but were going to a party, then they were away on holiday, the final straw was the house was greater than their price range anyway, had they told us the true situation from the start we may had stayed with them.

Very poor customer service, sent viewers who had not even put their house up for sale (unknown to us), followed by statements such as, they are really interested but were going to a party, then they were away on holiday, the final straw was the house was greater than their price range anyway, had they told us the true situation from the start we may had stayed with them.
We realise it is a buyer market but feel we were treated like fools, the end result is we cancelled our contract with them and wrote this review.

Terrible Service
When it comes to honoring commitments and customer service, Allen and Harris is the worst company to deal with. I've paid for my lease agreement for a property at Ferndale but for the past 4days, it hasn't been treated. I've called more than 20times but no one is picking up. Seems they close by 12noon everyday now. Terrible Terrible bunch. Wouldn't recommend them.

Sadly I can't give a '0' star for this. What an absolute shambles of a company. No communication, false promises. All they care about is money. Sadly I can't give a '0' star for this. What an absolute shambles of a company. No communication, false promises. All they care about is money. As a landlord we put our trust into them to manage our property and they were nothing but a huge let down. Staff changed every week, no one gets back to you. procedures weren't followed correctly so our property was damaged and filthy. This resulted in lots of money being spent to sort it. Oh and they hand out the wrong keys, so I ended up with someone else's house keys... god knows who ended up with mine! I then had to pay out for a locksmith ðŸ‘ÂðŸ»AVOID!!!!!

On one occasion (that I am aware of) a viewing took place without my knowledge nor consent.
I contacted the branch manager on 3 ocasssions and he did not respond. Overal I was very disappointed by the poor service.

First of all when we looked around property we asked why gas fire was not working and was told it that it had beeen switched off as the house was too wrm. This a complete lie as we found out later by the landlord that it was actually switched off for safety reasons as it was unsafe. Second of all after numerous times speaking to sequence as the heating was not working the gas boiler wss unsafe and was just about to blow up it took several phone calls and emails to get the landlord James to replace it. We then moved out and have had several problems getting our deposit back. I would not recommend this company whatsoever to rent from. The two members of staff and sales agent were completely useless , they have no communication between each dept. They will make up any excuse to deny liability.
