It can be a difficult time preparing to move house and send away all relevant information without a scanner or printer, emails are all well and good but sometimes you need to see someone face to face always willing to help, that was Chloe Tonkin in Plymouth mutley branch and i couldnt be more thankfull, fantastic customer service!

I was more than a little disappointed with the sale of two properties , it took forever to get any interest until I gave notice and started involving another estate agent when suddenly interest was found (coincidence)! I also had to chase up the EPC certificate as this had not been done on either property I was selling for three months which I believe is not a good thing...... BUT once a buyer was found for both properties the sales chasing team ( in particular Karen Miller ) was impeccable ,Karen went above and beyond to provide an incredible service , every enquiry no matter how trivial was dealt with promptly and thoughtfully. I really appreciated her support and help through an incredibly stressful time, I cant thank her enough and she deserves 5 stars in her own right .

I don`t often write reviews good or bad but I have worked with other estate agents in the past and was dreading having to do it again. However the team at Bradleys worked professionally and persistently making it a much easier process for me and made the whole process run as it should. Its always good to have someone who uses their initiative, gets things done and keeps you in the loop rather than having to waste my own time doing it so. Thank you to Karen Miller and Jon Pilkington. I also think its worth saying that I wasn't prompted by anyone or sent spam email to write a review like some companies get you to do, this was just because they did a genuinely good job which I find is rare.

I understand not all Estate Agents do the following but I know alot do. A small gesture or house warming basket with a small bottle etc is a great thing. A nice small touch. Especially when I'd assume most (I did) buy gifts for the office or the estate agents.

I cannot rate Bradley's highly enough for selling a property. Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
