Just sold our home through Bradley’s in Taunton, professionally supported and helped by Josh, Freya and Clare. What a team and such great customer service. For us, communication was very important and one of the team called us each week, even if there wasn’t any change to the situation. This made us feel really valued. All three of our team visited the house and so had personal experience of the building to be very well placed to answer any queries - which we thought was a great asset. The marketing was second to non - very impressive and any one of the team could update us on how our house was doing in terms of views and enquiries.

Buying our first home meant learning a lot as we went along, Ben, James and Josh all played a huge part in making sure everything was as smooth as possible. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had and if they were unable to get to the phone I always had an email reply within 24 hours.

Ben and his team made the experience of selling a house (almost) a pleasure, rather than the usual nightmare! From the initial meeting to the day of exchange Ben provided good advice and a service that was organised and proactive. Bradley's didn't even bother to ring and inform us of this ! I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Very disappointed.

Some agents I have had dealings with, have stopped with their updates once they found a buyer. It was incredibly refreshing to have regular and thorough updates from Amy and Clair right to the point of completion.

Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
