After a early setback selling my late mother's house Chris and Lauren managed to pull the stops out and sell the property very quickly and professionally, a special mention to Lauren who kept me posted every step of the way and was very understanding at a really difficult time.

Great professional friendly service.

Slightly pricy hence four star rating, but a job really well done

Excellent personal service from Hills from start to finish. Moving home is stressful at the best of times and a good agent is worth their weight in gold. Hills Residential couldn't have done enough to help me with the sale of my house.
This was all a new experience for me and from the initial visit to value my property the whole procedure was explained in detailed. Although there is a sales pitch this was not over the top and made me feel very confident that I was choosing the right agent.
All the photographs were completed on a timely scale and within a couple of days my house was advertised in several places as promised.
I was nervous about showing potential buyers around the house so this was sorted by Hills who organised the viewings for me all on one day.
I was them kept fully informed of all the feedback from all the viewers.
When it came to accepting the offer and support from Hill through a stressful process, Lauren was amazing. She was professional throughout, very prompt with replies from my queries and kept me feeling at ease. I'm not sure I would have coped without her help and support.
Thank you very much to you all, but especially Lauren.

As first time buyers, Wendy was great in telling us everything we needed to get together and keeping us informed as to what was happening. The sale itself took longer than we'd hoped due to land rent issues but Wendy helped us organise more viewings of the property while we waited and answered any questions we had. One thing that was disappointing - particularly as first-time buyers - was, on finally getting the keys to the property, the previous owners had left lots of their belongings behind. Wendy wasn't in the office that particular day but as you can imagine it did put a damper on things and going forward, might make it worthwhile to check the properties out before releasing the keys to the new owners.
