I have just completed on a purchase and am very happy with the service this agents offered me. From viewing the property with Paul and placing the offer to home visits from John to help me. Lisa in the Aftersale's assisted with all my paperwork, calls in her own time to update me. Excellent service all round

Park Row have been amazing at selling my property. They kept me updated every step of the way and we're always a pleasure to deal with. The staff are so friendly and understanding and nothing is too much trouble for them. My property sale unfortunately fell through after a few weeks into the sale but Park Row managed to find me another buyer within 2 days of the house going back on the market!
They conducted viewings for me, when I was unable to and they always gave me feedback. I dealt with both the Castleford and Pontefract branches at Park Row and I was very pleased with their excellent customer service but Lorena and Katie negotiated both my sales and we're amazing every step of the way through the negotiation process.
I can't recommend Park Row enough, they are amazing at what they do and are the best estate agent for being proactive, friendly and professional. 5* Estate Agent with 5* staff!

We have worked with Park Row Properties for many years and have never felt hassled or pressured - we love their calls. We were 'hovering' thinking about those attractive online pricesâ¦â¦ but I'm sure that the online offerings wouldn't have given us the 5-star service that we received from Park Row. We just thought, we're selling the biggest asset that we have & moving for our future â we want to sell, sell for a good price, secure a new home and ensure that it goes as smoothly and as stress free as possible. With all of this to consider, we just had to entrust it to people who are professional, & above all provide that all important, determined service of chasing up & down the chain for you.
Paul's initial visit to measure, take pics & determine a market value was professional and from the detailed collaboration to produce our property brochure it reassured us that we had made the right choice. The property details include floor plans with the dimensions of each room, key fixed elements, the total amount of space & importantly the property's orientation â who else does ALL of that?
With a great approach by Keira, Lorena & Lisa at the Castleford branch we achieved a sale in a week at over the asking price! The pre-sales team are excellent communicators & with the benefit of a networked system any of the girls can see an up to date picture of the current situation of your sale. Regular communication is what we wanted & as both vendors & purchasers we need to know what happens in the chain, even if it only moved an inch a day â these guys called to let me know.
But, having achieved an above asking price offer & accepted it, that's only half of the story. Once you've accepted an offer the Park Row after sales department swings into action. Our contact, Lisa, offered valuable advice as things progressed and gave us regular updates, & almost as soon as anything in the chain had changed, Lisa let us know.
If you've missed a call from Park Row during the day - there's someone working at Park Row when you're having your evening meal â and they are open 7 days a week!
A big thanks from us to the Park Row team! A business is only as good as its people & these girls are a credit to Park Row. Overall, a 5-star service, we'd recommend the Park Row team to anyone, the old adage is correct â 'You only get what you pay for'.

When a house came up that we wanted to buy, it was actually with another estate agent and I was panicking that we wouldn't get it. I had a little blip at the time but Park Row were lovely and took the time to answer and fully explain all my questions.
The Castleford staff have been amazing, we can't thank them all enough
