Around 3years ago, a property marketed by this un-proffesional bunch was, listed as recently re-furbished. They stated it had a new Kitchen and Gas Boiler, the great new was these details were correct. When I asked for the compliant certification I was told it was in place. After much debate between Solicitor's, Your Move changed thier minds, and said it was niether a new Kitchen or Boiler, and only the Kitchen handle's had been changed. This was a complete lie, the new Boiler had an instalation certificate on it and the Kitchen Cupboard were still in protective film. I took my Solicitor's advice and repoted the matter to the relevant body. Your Move adjusted the information on there marketing, removing new Kitchen and Boiler and sold it to somone else.. This seem's to be a straight forward case of they will do or say anything to force a sale through. At one point they invited me to pay for an inspection on works carried out by thier client, it I felt it was needed. Completly in breach of the regulation's, and in contradiction of there marketing and the law. Sadly I have been intrested in some proprety's marketed by Doncaster Your Move, and other Your Move franchise's, but can not allow my self to be drawn into there web of decipt...Do not use these Charlaten's.. Hope this help prospective purchase's..

We were looking to buy a house - we found a house we liked and booked a viewing. Turn up and the vendor themselves showed us around. On a positive note it was quite nice as we got chatting and fell in love with the place. We asked the agents for a 2nd viewing after we’d made an offer. It was lucky we had come by that day as while we were in the agents the vendor called them to ask where we were - we weren’t told that our 2nd viewing had been confirmed and it was still the vendor who had to take us around the property. After our offer was accepted they were more or less non existent. I honestly feel if I was the vendor I would question their commission. Communication throughout was terrible. It was lucky we exchanged numbers with the vendor so we could keep in touch as they agents were so bad at keeping us up to date, even our solicitor was getting annoyed. To top it off we have been emailing the agents to finally take the sold board down and we’re being ignored. I have half a mind to just take it and leave it outside their door. I really wouldn’t bother with these agents and just sell the house yourselves as you’ll get better customer service. I felt sorry for our vendor as she was the one who hired this useless company.

I have recently sold my house through them. After careful consideration I have decided to leave them a negative review.
Here are my reasons.
I usually work night shifts in a challenging job, hence I sleep during the day which is why I had asked them and especially Imogen, who was dealing with my case, not call me, whenever they called me, I told them to send me an email instead and I would get back to them at my earliest convenience.
However, months after that I keep getting calls. I had to repeat myself like a broken taperecorder,
please don't call me, please send me an email in the future. I had to complain to the manager Paul and then the calls stopped.
No one from your move turned up for the viewings, I feel the coronavirus was being used as an excuse not to turn up.
I had to again raise this matter with the manager Paul, following this they turned up for some of the viewings.
On one occasion a potential buyer had made an offer, I tried to accept the offer and a few days later I was told this person does not
have the funds, so proper checks were not carried out on this person before this offer was passed onto me. The people at the top of the chain
required the purchase to complete on a certain date, I had forwarded this email onto Imogen and this information was not passed on to my buyer.
I feel a good agent should have made a note of this date, and passed this information to the buyer. As a result of this there was unnecessary panic in the end
which could and should have been avoided. My solicitors thought the buyer was dragging his feet, however I felt yourmove kept defending him
as he is an investor. He will probably buy more properties through them. The buyer also wanted to carry out a simultaneous Exchange and Completion
as he was concerned about his bank not being able to release funds on time, yourmove was ok with this and was requesting the people at the top
of the chain to agree to this. My solicitors suggested I do not agree to this as a lot could go wrong,
especially as I am moving from south east London to Aylesbury, I could be stranded there with my removals company.
I said no to this, hence at times I felt your move does not have the best interest of their clients in mind.
There are a couple of other things I am not happy about however I will give them the benefit of doubt.
However, on a positive note Imogen is very prompt with her emails and usually get back to you within the hour.
People are paying a lot of money to buy or sell a house and if they receive this level of service it is not ok.
So, although they seem to be a friendly bunch they need to improve their service, but I feel they have a long way to go.

As a landlord it’s important to find a suitable tenant and they, a suitable landlord. Vicki kept me up to date from the very start. I was notified of every viewing with accompanying details of each tenant. I truly felt we worked as a team. I then personally interviewed each tenant, with Vicki doing all the necessary paperwork. This can be a stressful process but with Vicki, I felt I was in safe hands. She didn’t fail to deliver. She’s been so thorough and her prompt replies to my queries ensured a seamless, trouble free process. I now have two lovely tenants and that’s thanks to her. Further to add: Richard at docusign is so so helpful too. Like Vicki, he replies so promptly thus aiding a smooth and speedy letting process.

Very dishonest person with me , claimed property is off the market, but is still showing it around to other potential buyers. If a buyer is sincere and has the money to buy the house, then it is just wrong to have the place still up for grabs, this is exactly whats wrong with the market.
