Having originally established ourselves in 1995 we soon realised that we needed more space to accommodate the expansion brought about by the demand for both buying and renting. The opportunity arose to move into our current 1700 sq. ft. office and we have not looked back since.

W J Meade really worked hard to find us a new home - they proactively called us with a large number of suitable properties and were flexible about when we could see them. Through this process they came across as knowledgable and helpful. They then worked hard through a long and complicated purchase process to get the deal over the line.

I've just contacted wj meade and spoke to 2 agents. First one by the name of Harris. He was extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Trying to ask for information was a crime to this agent. He stated he explained to me 6 times and then said he would end the call and hanged up. Please listen to the recording and I would like to request the recording too. I was speaking in a calm tone and manner and was flabbergasted in the way he responded with the tone. He was not professional and very agitated and annoyed from the start of the call. Clearly personal issues bought into the work environment.

When I called back the sales team picked up and although this agent listened and apologised on behalf of his colleague when I went on to explain he hanged up the phone. No customer service skills at all, are all the agents like this in Wj meade. If you don't want to be at work then please allow people that are willing to work the opportunity. I've been in touch with many estate agents and by far this is the worst. My previous encounters with Wj meade have been pleasant, this is the first time I've had this atrocious encounter. Absolutely
astonishingly disrespectful and disgraceful behaviour.

The first time I visited the flat after getting an email from Billy for viewing, it met all my specs on the list.
Time was an issue for me and I mentioned my concerns to Billy who made sure that the process will be as fast as possible so we can meet the time set for the move-in.
I visited the flat on the 8th of July for the first time and got my keys to move in 7th of September!!! :)
Yes, it is possible to visit, purchase and move in within 2 months!!!
Of course, this would not have been possible without Billy and Michael who have put so much effort into this whole process to make it as smooth as possible for me.
You can be reassured that even if an employee is away, Michael will make sure to follow up and provide quick assistance to you.
The team has been phenomenal and their level of service is second to none from viewing, during the purchase process, chasing for information from third parties, and liaising with solicitors and the vendor and mortgage brokers.
I am so thankful to Billy and Michael.
You are the best!!!

Was met with disgusting toxic masculinity.
After several calls, someone got back to us 4 days later and Booked us to view the property, only to be left waiting for 45 minutes outside the property, the staff at the office we're no help whatsoever when called to assist with the matter.
The only staff that really made an attempt to help us was Billy- thank you for that Billy!!
We call back a day later to rebook the viewing only to be told the property is rented out.
Our time was Wasted due to their incompetence lack of professionalism and neglect. Poor service, the worst service we have experienced in our search.

I searched for many different properties in the area with various agents and agencies. Billy Collins at WJ Meade was the stand out performer by some distance in guiding me on my search for the area. He has a real personal touch and exudes an authenticity as a character and a care for his craft. He always spared his time even in unsociable hours to get back to any questions and I never at once felt any pressure on my search for finding a property. They were able to achieve a good sale in a strange market and then helped see it through to completion despite all the COVID related hurdles in the road. Great experience from start to finish. We dealt with Billy who could not have been more helpful, responsive, personable and friendly. I had a great experience with WJ Meade, Bow.
I first inquired about renting and then about selling my property - and for both Jake was very polite and helpful and gave me advice promptly and clearly. I did not feel like he was trying to hide behind a sales pitch - and I appreciated that. Some agents from other companies I have encountered take a long time to respond or constantly refer me to someone else or are very pushy about how they want to communicate or go about a process, but I never felt this with W J Meade. In the end I made the decision to sell and the process went very smoothly. When I went into the office, the team was introduced to me and everyone was very pleasant. Billy also helped with viewings and was very nice. Michael was very professional throughout and I always felt in the loop, updated and looked after. He even offered to help out collecting a document from the property when I was abroad. WJ Meade in Bow was great to work with; they negotiated a good price and the sale went fairly quickly. I recommend!
