I cannot recommend Breens highly enough—Adam in particular, though the entire team is truly professional. Their communication is excellent, and they keep you consistently informed throughout the process. Whether you're selling a fivebedroom house or a twobedroom flat, they treat every client with the same level of care and dedication.
Adam was the only agent who genuinely took the time to appreciate the improvements we had made to the flat when assessing its value, and he got the pricing spot on. In contrast, other agencies in the area pushed the lowest possible price—one didn’t even take the time to properly view the flat.
If you're buying or selling in Highams Park or Chingford, I strongly encourage you to use Breens. You’ll be in very good hands.

WJ Meade were conscientious throughout, from marketing the property at the beginning, to keeping it actively promoted and working with us to find the right buyer. Adam was very straight talking, honest and open and worked so hard, and then Jennie picked up the baton once a buyer was found. Jennie then kept communications going and pushed politely and diligently to get the sale over the line. A job well done!

I neighbour sold his property using WJ Meade and recommended them to me as I had a property to sell. Patrick came over and gave me a favourable and realistic valuation. Patrick was friendly and very knowledgeable as a local of the area. A few different estate agents valued the property but I was only going to use Patrick. Patrick and Damian arranged lots of viewings virtually immediately and it was within a couple of weeks I had an offer on the house for the full asking price. From agreeing a price to the completion of the sale Patrick and Damian kept me up to date with regular updates. I would without hesitation recommend Patrick and Damian at WJ Meade to anyone selling a property in the Enfield area.

I cannot recommend enough.
Patrick Morgan is everything he promises to be, which is so rare I almost couldn't believe it. He delivered all he promised and more - and was on top of everything from the moment of instruction, until the moment of completion. He worked out of hours and returned EVERY SINGLE call.
He was thorough and straight to the point, which I loved - because it meant I could trust him. He was always honest and continued to put us at ease. I cannot say enough what a difference he made.
