Never met such a bad agent before. Long in short, they believe they are God, more important than the buyer.
1. Push very hard on buyer (Calling the buyer everyday with non-professional language)
2. Accusing the buyer (Think the buyer don't have money)
3. Threatening the buyer to withdraw the contract
4. Don't read their email (Emailed them about situation, they just ignore)
People who is looking for a real estate agency. Please stay away from this one.

Richard and Lee were pleasant to deal with and also honest. They sold my flat in a difficult market and handled a difficult buyer who was making things slow for me. Richard and Lee were pleasant to deal with and also honest.
They sold my flat in a difficult market and handled a difficult buyer who was making things slow for me. The manager Mike Maddin was also extremely proactive and efficient during the last phases of getting the contracts exchanged and handling solicitors.

WJ Meade have been really helpful. Professionally, I have dealt with this firm in my position as sales officer for a local housing trust, dealing with shared ownership. They have an extremely knowledgeable team and are always ready to assist.
Privately, I have dealt with them as a landlord and they were just as efficient.
I have dealt with their sales team in relation to initial enquiries about selling a property. An excellent service, good value, and solid staff you can depend on.
