I had a great experience with WJ Meade, Bow.
I first inquired about renting and then about selling my property - and for both Jake was very polite and helpful and gave me advice promptly and clearly. I did not feel like he was trying to hide behind a sales pitch - and I appreciated that. Some agents from other companies I have encountered take a long time to respond or constantly refer me to someone else or are very pushy about how they want to communicate or go about a process, but I never felt this with W J Meade. In the end I made the decision to sell and the process went very smoothly. When I went into the office, the team was introduced to me and everyone was very pleasant. Billy also helped with viewings and was very nice. Michael was very professional throughout and I always felt in the loop, updated and looked after. He even offered to help out collecting a document from the property when I was abroad. WJ Meade in Bow was great to work with; they negotiated a good price and the sale went fairly quickly. I recommend!

Having never previously rented a property out, Jake provided lots of useful information about the letting process and advice on how we should market our property. He supported us through the viewings, helped us through the various tasks to get the property ready and sorted all the paperwork without any problems. We now have lovely tenants that moved in on the date we wanted.

We needed our house rented quickly and Jake Benson found suitable tenants within two weeks. He also assisted us in implementing the modifications which were required to the house to comply with the new HMO regulations (in spite of Tower Hamlets' disinterest in offering advice). The agent's fees are roughly similar compared to other agents. Some of these fees were ascribed to having references checked. The third party that performs the reference check was not very efficient and required a lot of input backwards and forwards - not sure they are good value for money, but this isn't directly the fault of the Agent.
