What can I say about Reeds Rains Hebburn? I was worried about purchasing my first house and expected it to be difficult and confusing. Well, the ladies at Reeds Rains Hebburn made it a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Both Carol and Sarah went above and beyond to help myself and my partner purchase our first home. Fast, friendly and professional!! An absolute credit to the whole company!

I can’t recommend this agency any more. After a few recommendations for this branch I gave them a call for a valuation and after a lovely lady came out to my house I asked them to put it on the market. I had a viewing the very next day and and offer for the asking price by the afternoon. It couldn’t have gone smoother. They kept me updated regularly until the sale was complete and also negotiated the purchase of my new home. Carole and Sarah were fantastic! Thanks ladies xx

When I decided to sell my house, I remembered how good the staff at Reeds Rains were with a previous house sale, ten years prior.
Impressed that they still had recollection of me and the sale, I consider that to be great customer service, and 'The Personal Touch'.
Unless you're part of the industry, we can only assume that the professionals are acting efficiently and on our best behalf throughout the transaction of selling/buying property. I feel that the staff at Reeds Rains were just that.

Despite the property being in a desirable location, it has an 'interesting layout' especially upstairs. This led to quite a few viewings coming to nothing as prospective buyers could not see the properties potential, despite the agents making good suggestions for possible alterations. Also taking into account what we would consider the additional work detailed in the review section, we would consider the fees to be reasonable.

We have recently sold a property through Reeds Rains Hebburn and were impressed with the efforts made by them to ensure that the agreed sale went through despite some challenges.
