Peter Woods was 1 of several options my girlfriend and I used when searching for an apartment in London. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Between seeing the apartment initially and moving in, it all took only about a week! We were so pleased with Carla, who helped us every step of the way. Moving to a new country to start a new life is definitely not easy, but Peter Woods definitely helped smoothe the process over.

Other members of staff at the agency were polite and courteous, however due to this negative experience I would not recommend searching for a property with them.

This has probably been the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Our agent * who from the beginning, when showing us a flat, did not seem interested at all. He seemed arrogant, and talking to him was a challenge. Not letting us even to have a decent look of the flat because he said he has to rush. Nevertheless that, I could not get any information from him UNTIL I paid holding deposit, which obviously is extremely hard to get back if things do not go well. Contract was all wrong because we didn't discuss it together. He lied about the agency fees. My emails were not answered and so on and so on. I would never go for Peter Woods agency again and don't recommend others to choose them.

We have just rented a one bedroom flat through Peter Woods, liaising with Simon Pitt during this process. We found Simon to be enthusiastic and keen to help us with our search. Once we had put a deposit against a flat this positive nature continued during the formalities of organising the tenancy agreement. We would also describe Simon as trustworthy and reliable in that renting a flat through Peter Woods was straightforward.

The property management staff, including Peter Woods himself, have not proved to be of any help during my tenancy. It took them 3 months to fix a curtain, 3 months to fix a chest of drawers and the oven has not been working for 4 months, with no clear sign of it being replaced. I have had... Read Full Review

The property management staff, including Peter Woods himself, have not proved to be of any help during my tenancy.
It took them 3 months to fix a curtain, 3 months to fix a chest of drawers and the oven has not been working for 4 months, with no clear sign of it being replaced.
I have had to phone them repeatedly to remind them to fix our various issues. They have returned my call possibly three times.
They are polite and they can say the right things, they just do not deliver.
I would avoid the hassle and use another agent.
