I am taking the time to write this review as i am so pleased with Peter woods. the whole tenancy agreement was easy and i was in constant contact with the agents who were very very patient with me. since moving in we had our fair share of problems however the property management team have been so responsive and although still going, they work really hard to try and fix problems and in a timely manner. Thank you

I have had an extreme and rude dealings only with Peter Woods. While our property is 200 meters from their office they are their office they are the most unresponsive agent you can imagine.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Maybe be more communictive and come back to us faster than after a month\'s time from contact them.

I have had an extreme and rude dealings only with Peter Woods. While our property is 200 meters from their office they are their office they are the most unresponsive agent you can imagine.
I have received my Tenancy Agreement which they misplaced, lost, made mistakes on many times 10 months after moving in and paying for the T Agreement change (234£) from the last tenant. And the 10 months was on a 12 month TA contract that needs to be renewed and repaid every year (150 x 3) When i sent to them a complaint and asking about clarifications they have just ignored me completely. I have told about this the landlady and as she told me she thinks this kind of service is absolutely fine and she has no complaints, i had to get out.

I had a pretty terrible time renting from this estate agent and I would really advise anyone against using them.
In general, any issue we had was not dealt with in good time, if at all (and we weren't particularly fussy tenants).

I had a pretty terrible time renting from this estate agent and I would really advise anyone against using them.
In general, any issue we had was not dealt with in good time, if at all (and we weren't particularly fussy tenants).
In particular, we had significant problems with our shower. At first the shower was fine but over time we found that, on most mornings, it was cold. Plus, if it was hot it was usually dangerously hot. We complained on a number of occasions and the response was either to blame Thames Water for the problem (?) or say that it was too expensive to fix. They said if we were so unhappy we should use our break clause but when we tried to leave early they said we had a 12 month contract so had to pay rent until the end of the contract (i.e. we were getting misinformation from different members of staff). When we threatened to withhold our rent they said they would take it out of the deposit.
I would avoid using them at all costs.
