Enquired about renting a property; after initially failing to respond to emails or calls, they then seemed quite useful after they said the landlord was reluctant to rent to us but they would argue on our behalf. After weeks of having calls not answered during business hours, being told the agent dealing with us was not away and being told they'd call us back, which of course never happened, we were finally told on the day that property became vacant that the landlord was now renting to another family! After 5+ weeks of "contact", if you can even call it that, with them we were given next to no useful information and were not informed that there was any other interest in the property and not told that we would not be renting the property until the very last minute, leaving us high and dry. Overall an entirely despicable example of customer service and truly terrible experience. I'd go so far as recommending all other estate agents that I've ever met over them and almost every estate agent I haven't, as I struggle to see how the could have provided a worse service short of punching me in the face!

Because not receiving support from broker I made bad mistake pull out from property I was hoping to buy. Always been worrying when problem comes because this broker is not with you when really need.
They change big amount of money for lifetime service. But no service after payment

I've been using Allen & Harris (sequence homes) to let my property for several years now, on a fully managed service.
After a rocky start, kinks were ironed out and things ticking over nicely.
Recently we've had a few issues with maintenance and accounts issues at sequence homes HQ, no hard feelings, things happens, but all along the way Lowri Thomas @ the Cardiff Offices has been awesome, taken ownership of issues and got them resolved, with regular contact to keep me aprised of progress.
