Kash helped hugely in dealing with a difficult situation where a tenant didn't give proper notice. New tenants were found and he liaised with me and the tenants to ensure they could move in on time.

One of the most stressful experiences of my life with Belvoir Chorlton.
Started to move some of my belongings into the property after receiving the keys (had a cross over of paying for 2 properties for a week as is the case with some of these agents). Property was filthy so contacted to inform I had at stared to move some of my items in (a car load) but it needed a clean as promised.
Returned a week later - no cleaning, everything taken. Took weeks to get just a fraction of my things back (basically anything that couldn't be sold), bridesmaids dresses, electrical, cameras, bike equipment, boots, gone forever. Every person I spoke to Belvoir was unsympathetic and would not take any responsibility. I now own my own property but had rented for over 15 years across multiple City's and had never been treated so badly as I had been by this company. Property Ombudsman ensured I received compensation for the way I was treated but unfortunately there was enough evidence to receive compensation for my possessions. Please please try and avoid.

As a first time landlord, I have been pleased with the service that Kashif has provided. He has been kind, courteous, reasonable, punctual, honest, and is always willing to explain things and reach a fair solution between landlord and tenant. As a busy person with other commitments, it is invaluable to deal with a trustworthy person, it has taken away the stress of a small investment. The vacant period between outgoing and incoming tenants was minimal.

In particular, I have to particularly thank both Ahmar Iftikar and Kashif Asif. Ahmar showed me around the flat, was very responsive to my almost daily inquiries and moved on quickly with all needed steps. And Kashif was able to meet my outside his office hours on a weekend, just to make sure I got the keys safely. Although the flat does have a few unexpected issues, I trust that they'll be very helpful in solving any problems encountered.

Prior to arranging viewings with Belvoir, I had lined-up a number of viewings with a different agency, and the flats I liked had actually already been applied for by someone else. I found this really stressful and such a waste of my time!
I had 3 viewings arranged with Belvoir, and Kash was really friendly and helpful. He was able to give me lots of information about the area, such as transport links. As soon as I found a flat I liked, I was sent application information and it only took 2 days for my references to get checked. From seeing the flat, to getting the keys, it only took one week. It all went so smoothly and I am so happy to have found the flat I have. Huge thanks to Belvoir!

If you believe you have, or may have, a grievance with our service or standard of practice or working procedures, please write in the first instance to Kashif Asif at the address below: kashif.asif@belvoir.co.uk – Kashif Asif, Belvoir, 412 Wilbraham Road, Chorlton, M21 0SD
Your correspondence should be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with established in-house procedures and replied to within 7 working days of receipt. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date
Should your grievance not be resolved to your satisfaction following internal investigation, you should address the matter to: Harry Dhaliwal at the address below: harry.dhaliwal@belvoir.co.uk – Harry Dhaliwal, Belvoir, 69 The Arches, Whitworth Street West, Manchester, M1 5WQ.
If we are unable to resolve any dispute, you can refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman, who are an independent organisation, at The Property Ombudsman Limited, Milford House, 43 - 55 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2BP (Note that there is a 12 month time limit in providing The Ombudsman with your complaint which starts from the date the ‘Final Viewpoint Letter’ you receive is dated).
