Do not use these agents to rent your properties. As soon as you sign up with them they will ignore you. I was given incorrect legal advice and an incorrect section 21 Notice was served by them. They did not even bother to tell me when the tenants failed to leave the property at the end of the tenancy.

My first experience with letting agents is the worst of them all. Had an issue with the names on my tenancy agreement and I sent the correct names for them to do the changes, which they did and it result was the wrong details again for myself and my partner. I was promised to be issued a letter that will override the Lettings agreement, but because I’ve moved and they've been paid, they started taking me for granted. I mentioned to them that I need this document for something in which my name and my wife's name must be arranged appropriately and it's just urgent. One of their staff started putting the blames on me. I let these guys aware this document is urgent and I was told I will get it the following working day, now it's more than 5working days. OMG

Worst estate agents in Coventry ?
Phoned up about a property that was advertised as “ price on application” After 5 attempts nobody answered the phone! Tried ringing the letting side. Horrendous! Rent out houses with 'allocated parking space' fail to issue you a permit and leave you high and dry with the Car Park Management company. They don't accept their failings in not providing the full details, so be warned just because you rent a house with a parking... Read Full Review

Wait four months for the right paperwork from Connells or you will face a very, very large fine from parking in your space that your paying rent for! DISGRACEFUL!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
They are more expensive than others so you may decide not to use them....big mistake! They will get your money back and a lot more for your pocket on the sale. Worth every penny!

I am pleased to write a review for Connells Lettings Support Centre and my property co-ordinator.
As per introduction, we (couple + toddler) have moved into a modern 2 bedroom flat in 2015 and this flat is managed by Connells lettings support centre with a dedicated property co-ordinator.
Since we moved-in, we had faced few issues (i.e. access to electric meters, water leaking and boiler getting too old) and we were pleased to have a very efficient and solution oriented property co-ordinator. She has been always reachable and responsive by email or phone whenever we did need her. In addition, she always act professionally and offered reasonable solution for landlords and tenants. In addition, I am delighted that she always found very professional contractors which bring cost effective solutions which provide a win win solution for tenant, property management and landlord.
Keep continuing as it is.

I would like to Thank Sian Tuson from Connells lettings for her commitment, and genuine help and support with claiming our deposit back when we moved out of a Connells property in Jan 2016. Sian is professional, polite and able to communicate and negotiate between landlord and tennant very well. We are pleased with the way everything has been dealt with. The lettings team at the Coventry branch are also a great team to let a property from. They are Efficient, friendly and professional in all dealings. Every team member we spoke to from Connells was more than happy to help us with any query or problem we had. We would definitely rent from Connells again in future.

This is a terrible estate agents and I would seriously advised anyone attempting to use their services to look else where. They are seriously unprofessional in their apporach to customer services promising to send out texts which never arrive and making no attempt to apologise. I dealt with Sarah on two occassions and found that she made no attempt to apologise for the poor service I was receiving and failed on two occassions to deliver text messages detailing the properties I was supposed to be viewing. The staff seem to not care about complaints and have a completely arrogant attitude. I understand that estate agents in general are not held in high esteem amongst the general public but Connellls of Coventry have managed to take this to a new level. Please avoid them at all costs!

They offered him mortgage advisor appointment instead and when he declined, they said they're too busy to organise viewing that day and broke conversation in seconds. Never called me or my mate back. I served them a notice (their standard term is 20 weeks so watch out). They organised 3 viewings in 20 weeks. They also failed to take my property off the market after last day of our agreement. I had to put formal complaint to manager. Never called me back with any feedback. After I involved 2nd agent, we had 4 viewings in first week and over 20 in less than 2 months. My property is now sstc.

I had a call from one of their reps asking me to visit their branch with ID such as passport/wage slip/proof of deposit to buy/proof of current address before i could view a property.
So i went there with the documents requested and all they did was went through my finances to arrange a mortgage for me. I told them i am going else where for the mortgage and anyhow once the calculations were done i was told i can afford the repayments and should be no problem and all that remains was to arrange viewing.
I was advised i will receive a call to arrange this WHICH i can say has not happened and i have emailed them twice with no reply as of yet either!
So i have resorted to let all know how they carry out their business and do not really care. They wanted me to get mortgage through them......because i did not.....they no longer need my business??
Avoid at all costs!!! Or learn the way i did. You can make up your own minds, i am just giving you my opinion here and alot more forums to get this message through to a many people i can to help them to use their valuable time with a company that 'does' really care.
