This Agent is one of the biggest cheats in London. Jacob Marsh and his team helped me purchase my flat in Queen Elizabeth Street, and then, when I unexpectedly had to move for work, also helped me rent it out. Doing business with the team has been a pleasure on both transactions. The team worked tirelessly on my purchase and were extremely supportive during delays and times of stress, and when I needed to rent the flat out, they were great at managing the tenancy too. Our experience in working with Richard was flawless. From the moment I sent the inqury for the property advertised by Gordon&Co. to the moving day he was there for us keeping us updated with the process. We really appreciated that he didn't sent us other available properties as other agents did when we sent other inquiries. He was fair in describing the property and when we saw the flat for the first time it was even better than we imagined. Everything was transparent and he was happy to answer all our questions along the way. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised to have such an easy process and all the thanks must go to Richard.
