As first time buyers, we could not have had better advice from Lisa and Andrews to help move along the purchase of our first home.
While other agents can be a little pushy in showing potential buyers around a property, Lisa gave us plenty of time and space to look at the property and was able to answer any questions that we had.
Great follow up after our offer was accepted - no question seemed too much and we always knew exactly where we were in the process.

As first time buyers our knowledge was fairly limited, Lisa is very easy to talk too and we found it easy to ask whatever we needed to. Jamie helped my Son with obtaining his first morgage, he is great and made things as easy to understand as he could! Everything went according to plan, also when Lisa was not in the branch we liaised with Andrew the Branch Manager who had full knowledge of the property we were buying which made us confident that they are efficient and on top of things I would highly recommend Mann if your buying or selling in the Beckenham or surrounding area's. And i would like to thank them all for their help in making our purchase run as smoothly as possible,
