Payne & Co are a well-established, friendly and extremely experienced team of Estate Agents that I would highly recommend.
I have come across and dealt with many estate agents in my personal capacity when considering a potential property and I must say that Payne & Co are heads and shoulders above the rest. Their attention to detail and approachablility is one of their many stand out features
Mark Sinclair in pictuliar was always very responsive, calm assure and knowledgeable of available properties in the area. They are extremely honest and forthright in their dealings,
I would highly recommend this experienced, friendly honest and down to earth team.

do not trust this company to sell your house - seriously undervalued my property ( for what reason it seems this estate agent getting up to tricks of the old trade ) £45,000 below the last valuation 2 weeks ago - 55k below last years valuation - just had another estate agent value it at what its... This all changed when I saw a house advertised by Payne & Co. I was fortunate that Tom was the agent dealing with the sale of this particular property. He was approachable and always there when I needed to clarify or ease my fears.
The intent of this review is to say a big 'thank you' for the awesome service he provided to me while I was buying our house in Ilford.
The service Tom provided exceeded my expectation and experience with other agents and trust me there have been a few. Tom had been professional, courteous, honest and very prompt throughout our dealing. It was not easy trying to buy a house sitting in the Middle East but it was made easy and painless due to Tom's commitment.
He encouraged that my family visit the house so I know that it is right for me. This was very important and courteous, it gave me the confidence that Tom was not after a quick sale. He was more interested that I buy a house that is right for my family. The family visited the house and loved it.
I was always kept me in the loop and difficult decisions were crossed with ease due to the open and honest nature of Tom. He made the process of buying a house seem simple.
I have recommended Tom (Payne & Co) to my friends and colleagues who are looking to buy a house. And if I ever decide to sell or buy another house in the near future, Tom would be my first port of call without hesitation.

This is the second time we have used Payne and Co. firstly to buy and then to sell our house. I have no hesitation in recommending them. All the staff members we have dealt with have been courteous and professional and have taken a pro-active approach to dealing with our purchase/sale. We always had the feeling that they were with us and doing their best to progress the purchase/sale, especially when faced with the inevitable obstacles and disappointments one expects in this business.
