They are very efficient with inspecting my properties , dealing with any repairs and communicating these to me promptly. In addition they have always kept to the terms of the tenancy agreement signed and any information I give to them from the Estate Management of the properties are also cascaded to the tenants in a timely manner. I highly recommend Payne and Co Lettings for their efficiency support and professionalism. I highly recommend Payne and Co for all your property needs.

I moved abroad for work and let out my flat, finding a letting agency you can trust to manage your affairs is a big deal. I have now been with Payne & Co for over 11 years, they are always professional, courteous, reliable and trustworthy.
I mainly work with Graham who is awesome, he runs a tight ship, he screens the tenants and manages my property, the added bonus is that I rely on Graham's property management experience for useful advice, for example, a few years back, I was looking to extend the lease on my flat, for those who have extended their lease, you know how expensive and unnecessarily difficult it can be with many roadblocks, thanks to Graham's vast knowledge, I was able to navigate my way around and save myself a lot of time, money and stress.
I strongly recommend Payne and Co.

I used the services of Payne & Co for approximately 4 years from 2011 to 2015. during that time, I received an excellent service - nothing was too much trouble and I always received really good advice. i developed a very good working relationship with everyone but with Colin in particular who was my main point of contact. I found the service extremely professional and friendly at all times, so much so that I recently recommended their services to my neighbour who is thinking of renting her property again with someone else as she had a very bad experience with a previous agent.
