I would like to express my thanks to the staff and especially Lorraine Barnett in assisting my aged relative in securing her flat purchase from the existing rental. Terrible service. It's been nearly 3 months since moving out and they are STILL charging rent and still have not returned my deposit. I ended tennancy on 12th September they continued my tennancy even tho I did not renew it until the 12th October but STILL MOVED NEW TENNENTS IN on the 12th... Read Full Review

Terrible service. It's been nearly 3 months since moving out and they are STILL charging rent and still have not returned my deposit. I ended tennancy on 12th September they continued my tennancy even tho I did not renew it until the 12th October but STILL MOVED NEW TENNENTS IN on the 12th September. I have called them pretty much everyday and get the same pre scripted speech and yet nothing seems to be happening.
