One of the worst I have ever dealt with, they are so nasty, I had an appointment to review a property, she didn't turn and she pretend that I was late so she had to leave!!!!!I was in fact 10 min early!!!! I complained about her to the manager and they promise to come back to me , no one bother to even apologise or even explained why they lie!!!!! Very cheap low standard state agent.

I was reluctant to use this agency based on the overwhelming number of negative reviews online. Nevertheless, we found a property that we loved through them, followed our heart and immediately put in an offer. What followed was 3 weeks of limited contact. Despite 20+ phone calls over this period, we were continually given every excuse possible; 'they have just stepped out of the office, they're on the other line, they're just dealing with another customer, we've got the builders in'. Every time we were assured that we would be called back, Not on a single occasion did this occur. Such poor service which has left me, my partner and our 6 month old baby without a home in 2 weeks time. Avoid at all costs,
