We work very hard for landlords, unfortunately in this case the tenants fell out with the landlord as she wanted to sell and from that point made life very difficult. We advised that the only way to sell would be to bring the tenancy to an end which we did. On checkout we acted on the third party inventory and made and agreed with the tenant various deductions. The items that the tenants disagreed with (totalling £97) were put to arbitration. The DPS made no award as the landlord was unable to ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
