I had previously read poor reviews regarding this estate agents but I am glad I did not listen to them. I had a fantastic experience with Sharman Quinney. They always returned my calls, they followed everything up and if I had questions they found out the answers in a timely manner and emailed me back straight away. They were a great help! Luke was very professional and helpful. Always dealt with my queries and nothing was too much for him.

Sharman Quinney at Great Camborne have been really excellent agents, negotiating both our sale and purchase. We dealt particularly with George McDermott in the Camborne office, and all staff have been helpful and courteous.
We can't praise George enough for his excellent professional approach. He has always been friendly, efficient and has communicated very well. We are delighted to have had a successful move, and would certainly use Sharman Quinney at Great Camborne again, and fully recommend them.

Very poor service. Agent not returning calls even when promissing to do it. Two weeks after initial valuation proposing to decrease the price by 25k. One advice : don't waste your time with them. There is much better around.

Also they claim to give you priority if you come and see them and have your finances done with them. This is 100% ILLEGAL.
Also they are renowned throughout Cambridge as being 'sharks' i have heard this over and over again.
Unprofessional and rude!

Completely awful.
Staff attitudes (particularly Tom the manager) became curt and conceited once an offer was accepted. no effort was made to manage the sale. Every stage was prompted by a phone call, asking what they are doing! My buyer forgot to submit an employer reference and the Progresser and Manager failed to investigate a 5 week delay. They blamed the building society. So many errors mainly due to lethargy and arrogance. This is my experience. My friend has since used them and had an awful experience too. I am in process of making complaints about them and am now writing to Ombudsmen. No apologies for their errors. Worst company I've ever dealt with!
