I tried to buy existing house through Wards in Sittingbourne. It was a Sunday i was told to come back tomorrow. I bought through Harrisons. I am now looking to move again. Wards sheerness did reply to enquiry on Sheppey, I asked for a viewing on a Rainham property but after 2 days no reply. I recommend AVOID like the plague!!

I was advised when I signed the contract to sell my property to get in touch with Wards if I ever had any issues, worries, concerns. My experience dururing the sale process which is just about to collapse , has been nearly every time I get in touch via e-mail, text, phone I am told they are busy and they have other customers or I get IGNORED. My experience today requesting support and advice as it looks like the sale is going to fail has been, after four phone calls and three text NOTHING - No Help. I don't think they know the meaning of the word 'customer service'. Would not recommend them

Finally completed the sale of this property after 4 months. The property was vacant and the buyer did not have anything to sell. This was mainly due to an extremely poor performance of our solicitor.
I found Ally and Aimi to be very good, very 'lively' and fun to talk to. This was the second time that the property had sold, falling through the first time some 3 months after selling for no apparent reason. Ally managed to resell it within a week !
Wards have an excellent web site that kept us informed with all that was happening including enquiries, leaflets out and e-mails sent. They also have a progressing team of Kim and Laura, the only problem was that their phones were ALWAYS engaged, however I rectified this by e-mailing them which is fine but sometimes frustrating when you need a quick simple answer.

The entire team at Wards Rainham were more than helpful for the duration of the sale. The representation of our property was presented at its best, via the documentation pack (well worth it). What can I say, 'super, smashing, great'!!! If you want to, or need to sell your home I would recommend Ward & Partners, Rainham Branch, High Street, Kent. The manager Darren, and all his staff; Aimie, Ali, Craig, and the mortgage matters adviser Peter Saunders, treated myself and my family with the respect and dignity and provided us with compassion and a professional manner at all times. They were always available to communicate with, and even for just a reasuring little chat, which is sometimes all that is needed to put your mind at rest. They made us feel special and looked after us, and even though they deal with selling homes day in day out, they made us feel secure and took all our worries away. We all know that selling and buying a home can be an extremely stressful time, therefore with that in mind I can not stress enough to go with the professionals that know how to treat real people, and they know how to market your home and provide you with the up to date data of your house sale via your own account supllied to you via the manager with your own password so you can access all activities used to sell your home on a daily basis. I chose Ward and Partners initially because after having the house valued by several agents, the people at Wards impressed me due to their relaxed but very professional manner. Everything regarding options and costs were explained at the first meeting, I was not pressurised into making quick decisions, and I was advised on what I should do to make the sale of the house more certain. Throughout the time the house was on the market I was kept informed of all viewings and the feedback from the prospective buyers. Once I accepted an offer on the house the team at Wards kept in touch while the convayencing took place, they were genuinely concerned that my experience in dealing with them had been good. I would recommend Wards to anyone wishing to sell their property

but none of this would have happened but for a younger member of the staff called craig knocked on our door and introduced himself as a member of the rainhams office team he was professional in every way and full of optimism about

We had been on the market since January 2012 and still had not sold our property at the end of August. At this point, we had been with two different estate agents, with the second agent putting in a very disappointing performance. We had initially been reluctant to sign up with Wards because their commission was higher than the other estate agents we had looked at. However we decided we should at least give them a try. We were impressed with their initial visit and thought they had put forward some good ideas on how to sell our property. There was the small matter of the £80 fee for professional photography but we were impressed with the brochure quality and the pictures were exactly as we had imagined. Once we had signed the agreement, we were having 2 viewings a week whereas before we were lucky to get one viewing every two weeks. Also, these were all serious buyers in an immediate position to proceed. Within four weeks, we had accepted an offer on our house. Just over five weeks later, we were moving into a new house. Their recommended solicitors (Martin Tolhurst) were outstanding and made a huge effort to exchange and complete in a very short period (normally completion takes 10 to 12 weeks however they achieved it in five weeks, although they actually completed the process for buying the new house in 4 weeks). In my opinion, the higher estate agent fees was money well spent. I would recommend Ward & Partners to others and especially rate the Rainham office very highly.

The service was fantastic, I had recently lost my uncle so was very emotional at the time. We needed a valuation for probate and this was so soon after his demise that at the time I felt very uncomfortable. I was planning on moving anyway and had started to register at estate agents in Rainham. I walked into the Rainham branch and was met by Ali, who was lovely and took my details, I was so impressed I decided to ask her to value my uncles home. She managed to get an appt very quickly and I met Darren at the property. He was very understanding and professional. He even had the valuation ready by the end of the day. We went on to sell the property with them and it's only until I have put my own property on the market and had to deal with his counterparts that I have realised just how fabulous and human they are. Am now hoping they can find me my new house. Brilliant and would recommend to anyone who wants to deal with down to earth , compassionate estate agents.
