As this was my first time selling a house I had no idea about the process. Tom informed us and kept us updated every step of the way. We got a buyer very quickly. Every matter was delt with very professionally. We completed within approx 12 weeks. Northwood's fees were very competitive and reasonable. Would highly recommend

Its difficult determining where to begin with this lot. My experience with them has been awful. Its been 10 months since I reported a problem with the boiler causing cold showers with intermittent periods of scalding hot water. Its still not fixed. Its difficult determining where to begin with this lot. My experience with them has been awful. Its been 10 months since I reported a problem with the boiler causing cold showers with intermittent periods of scalding hot water. Its still not fixed. I reported exterior flashing that had fallen some time ago allowing wasps to nest behind it. Their reply? I have to pay to have the wasps exterminated before they'll repair the flashing. Still not fixed. They've tried to charge me for a vendor's service call simply because they couldn't figure out why the electrics weren't working properly - they figured it must be my fault. Still not fixed. I reported that water was leaking from an outside pipe connected to the boiler. Still not fixed. I reported a leak in an interior water pipe. Miraculously, its been fixed, but they'll likely do nothing about the ugly

stain left on the dining room wall or look into potential mold remediation. Based on my experience, a better name for this agency is Northwouldn't.

We didn't use them to sell, as the Cumberland had a £500 offer. Meaning Northwood fee's would have been £1000 higher!

Wow, what can I say excellent service from the onset to the finish. The agent (Thomas) was very professional, supportive, understanding, friendly and answered all of my queries straight away and explained everything. Thomas was very knowledgeable, unfailingly patient and reliable and made the whole experience of selling my house as problem free as possible. Tom and the team at Northwood were fantastic to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They were extremely professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Right from the outset Tom's advice about marketing my house for sale was invaluable, they were really pro-active in marketing the property both online and in the local press and also showing people around while I was away on holiday. My property was on the market within 24 hours of me signing up with Northwood, I'd accepted an offer within 3 weeks and the sale went through in 2 months. I could not have asked for a better service.

I have been with Northwood UK on the guaranteed rent scheme for the past 4 years and I can honestly say that am very pleased that I signed up with them. I need a regular income so the guaranteed rent scheme is ideal for me. Being out of the country means I have to have a trustworthy and reliable agent that deals with all issues surrounding maintenance and repairs in a prompt and efficient manner. Northwood certainly ticks the boxes in both areas. I really don't think I could have got a better agent than Northwood UK.

I have been a landlord with Northwood for many years now and I can honestly say they are the best agency I have ever been with.
With previously having difficultly with a tenant in the past I was hesitant with renting my property out with Northwood. After hearing about the guarantee rent they had to offer, I was therefore reassured that this was the most hassle free way of renting which was most defiantly true.

Shocking service, very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to use them. Moved into the property which I was told would be professionally cleaned but it was filthy and was told by the staff to get a cleaner in to which I had to pay £150 for. Then I had no hot water for the first 3 months of living there, which they wouldn't do anything about, so I had to contact my landlord myself. I then had a leaking toilet for 5 months, which only got fixed because I found out it was against the health and hygiene law. The final straw was that my radiators upstairs don't work to which they said 'well at least you have some heating' e.g the one radiator in my kitchen! They finally sent someone out to fix the heating, to which I have just received an invoice from Northwood asking me to pay the fee! They clearly do not know how to run a business and my landlord is also unhappy with how they have treated us both.
