I would just like to thank all the staff at Beresford Adams, Caernarfon Branch for helping me sell my property within days and being so friendly, helpful and extremely professional in the way they carried out the work, they were brilliant. I cannot speak highly enough of them, firstly Hannah whom I met when she came over to value my house and take me through the agency agreements, then Cathryn who was my main contact and liaison with the buyer. I can't praise this estate Agent enough, thanks to Rhian Vinglem who we met first at valuation of the property and Emma Williams who went the extra mile throughout the prosses of selling my mothers home.

I was very impressed with Beresford Adams from the first contact that I made to enquire about selling our property (my first contact was with Rhian Vingleman, Branch Manager). From initial contact and then meeting to get our property valued I was given the confidence that this was the agent I wanted to deal with due to their professional approach and helpfulness. We were very nervous when we first approached Mr Owen as we hadn't necessarily had a positive experience with the efficiency and clarity of information provided by other consultants , calls had not returned, paperwork had gone missing, etc However, as soon as we entered Beresford Adams in Caernarfon we knew that we were finally in the hands of highly competent and very friendly professionals. What could have been a lenghthy and time consuming process turned out to be handled with outstanding customer and professioonal knowledge by Mr Adam Owen Jones and his team. We hadn't taken this financial decision lightly and neither are we experienced in this process so we had a thousand questions to ask and I can assure anyone that Adam answered each and everyone of them in the most clear and helpful way we could have wished forMr Owen's explanations were clear and always allowed us to ask questions and consider different aspects in finding the right product for us. We truly felt valued and appreciated as communication was easy, messages were passed on promptly and calls returned on every occasion, in fact we even received a couple of calls to reassure us that everything was OK. It was so nice to always feel welcome and looked after in such a friendly and professional manner.
