AVOID at all costs! As a landlady, I have found the service to be atrocious, almost non existent, the staff members are devious, crafty and deliberately make any excuse to squeeze as much money as they can from you. Most of the staff don't know their own protocol and can't answer most of my questions. There is ten times the amount of paperwork to sign for them just so they can throw Ts & Cs and jargon in your face when it suits them. All they're good at is taking your money. They even gave out my phone number to 3rd parties who cold called me, and when I put my property up for sale they outright lied to my tenant saying it wouldn't affect her tenancy at all, and denied the property was being sold. This is absolutely significant to me to leave reviews. My tenancy agreement started on Tuesday the 13th of July and I was handed the keys from the letting agency on the 14th of July. So I am now commenting two months after it started to give an honest view on my experience for these two months. In the first days in the apartment , I received an introductory email from Kenneth Xu (MARLA), the property manger. In the email, Kenneth introduced himself telling me that I can refer to him whenever I need anything. I listed some of the things that need urgently to be fixed in the apartment like the bathrooms, the boiler, the oven and some requests to be forwarded to the landlord like an iron, a kettle, a second fob for my parents, a TV, an indoor laundry dryer and a toaster. I also asked him to talk to the landlord to remove some unneeded stuffs from the apartment. In fact, Kenneth was highly an effective agent and a real asset to the agency. His prompt response to all my emails were outstanding. All maintenance were done perfectly and very quickly. He tried his best to help me get the needed things from the landlord. Kenneth was able to solve all the other problems and I am so grateful to him and to your agency to hire such effective people. I wish Kenneth all the best in his career for his genuine work. I hope this overview of the experience I had during these last two months is useful to other tenants as I find Benham and Reeves a truly amazing agent

I cannot thank these 2 guys enough for what they have done for us. I just moved in to my property and the flat was not cleanedl.. I was very disappointed at first. I called Sam and he explained the owner had said he would clean but had not so Sam promised me that he will send a cleaner out straight away... Infact Rahimturned up only 5 mins after I hung up followed by 3 cleaners 5 minutes later and within an hour the place was perfect. Excellent service, thank you

Rajib did a great job in finding us the flat - he was really helpful and responsive. Sam has been great to liaise with and was very helpful and friendly throughout the 2 years we lived in this flat. If there was ever a problem, it never took long to fix and he was also very understanding when I had issues with my flatmate. I used this agent for about a year and at the end was very disappointed , lack of communication , did not monitor my tenant & my house stunk of weed ...would never use them again !
When I questioned Sam his attitude was rotten honestly thought he owned Beaufort Park and asking me to contact some inventory company ...to follow up my complaint , never again will I be using them .
Found another company on the development and got 6months rent advance & 3 monthly reports from an inventory clerk who emailed me to keep my mind at rest & the fees suited me at a lower rate fully managed .
Sorry benham & reeves your getting a thumbs down from me ðŸ˜â€

6 Jul 2015I've investigated this and believe this is a fake review, possibly by another agent. We don't have any Landlords at Beaufort Park with the name Mr A Costas nor have we had any reports of properties...
