Me and my husband have just arrived to the UK. With all the challenges related to not having experience with the UK property market and no UK credit history, nothing was too much trouble for Harry. Always calm, courteous and patient with our many questions and challenges. Harry is always willing to solve any problem, nothing seemed to be too difficult or too much to ask for. He pulled off a miracle by getting us into our property in record time (within 7 days of us first contacting him). One thing that Harry could improve on is communication, i.e. keeping us updated with what is happening more frequently. He was busy trying to sort everything behind the scenes but we would have appreciated more frequent updates as it was a very stressful time Thank you Harry, we're grateful for everything.

Harry was amazing. For a start, we were late for our viewing with him, having seen several places earlier that day and running behind. But he was great and patiently showed us TWO flats.
From the moment we decided to put in an offer to the day we moved in (TODAY!), he was super supportive and easily contactable by phone or text at odd hours of the day!
I've just returned to the uk after 11 years away, and so I'm pretty rusty on how things work. I've really appreciated Harry's patience in responding to my (likely obvious) questions!!

From start to finish Harry was very professional and really understood our needs. We were in need of a rental property by the end of the week and he provided a few options based on our criteria which all fit what we were looking for before deciding on the last option.
It was refreshing to talk to an agent who was genuine, had some personality and more importantly considered our interests. Harry made the whole process quick, smooth & seamless.
The paperwork incl. checks was all done & accepted within two days, he engaged the landlord to get the last pieces organised for us and we were ready to move in a couple days after. The whole time he ensured he communicated with us the progress which was helpful so we didn't need to stress.
I would highly recommend him to any of our friends and we will be sure to come back to him for any of our future letting needs

Harry was very forth coming with any assistance whenever it was required (out of hours) which was reassuring if it was ever needed. He utilised great customer service and was very professional in his guidance, explanation and was this very detailed in regard to the tennancy. Great people skills and there was never a sense of pressure throughout. Very comfortable sales person and seemed aware and diligent.
Drawbacks were essentially the assurance of a professional clean and the insinuation the flat would be ready to go, this was not the case. This was not necessarily due to Harry ( more so the prior tenants) though the definitive assurance caused issues that I was not largely impressed by.
Overall happy, would recommend refraining from insuring things that are not in ones control, and if that is the case do explain before move in date.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
